My lessons are all about making English practical, enjoyable, and relevant to you! With nearly 10 years of teaching experience, I tailor each lesson to your level, interests, and goals, whether you're learning General English, preparing for IELTS, or developing your Academic English skills.

I believe in learning by doing, so expect plenty of interaction rather than just listening to explanations! We'll explore real-world topics through conversations, role-plays, interviews, debates, and presentations, as well as creative writing tasks like blogs, journals, news articles, and even posters. I'll also help you develop your grammar, vocabulary, reading, and listening skills through engaging activities and authentic materials.

So, what does a typical lesson look like?We might start with a friendly catch-up or a short activity to get you thinking and speaking in English. Then, we'll explore a topic or language skill through a mix of guided practice and interactive tasks. Towards the end, we'll reflect on what you've learnt, discuss any challenges, and identify areas to work on next time.

Having taught students from different cultural and educational backgrounds, I understand that everyone learns differently. Some students need more structure and guidance, while others benefit from open discussions and opportunities to explore the language independently. I'll adapt my teaching style and the pace of our lessons to what works best for you.

For students preparing for IELTS or university study, I can also provide more focused support with exam strategies, academic writing, critical reading, presentations, and seminar discussions.
