What My Lessons Are Like
My one-to-one lessons are designed to be clear, engaging, and tailored to each student. I specialise in English Literature and Language, where I achieved a Grade 8 in Literature and Grade 7 in Language at GCSE. Alongside this, I also excelled in Mathematics and Sciences, which has supported me in my current studies as an undergraduate Pharmacy student. This background gives me both a strong academic foundation and the ability to guide learners across different subjects with confidence.

In lessons, I focus on building understanding first — breaking down complex ideas into manageable steps and using relatable examples to make learning less intimidating and more enjoyable. Whether it’s essay writing, text analysis, exam preparation, or strengthening core skills, I adapt the content to suit each learner’s goals and preferred style of learning.

My lessons often include a mix of discussion, guided practice, and constructive feedback. I also like to use creative exercises and real-life applications to make topics more engaging. Above all, I encourage students to ask questions freely, making sure they leave each session with clarity and confidence.

The aim of my teaching is not just academic success, but also helping students develop the skills and independence to tackle challenges on their own. By making lessons interactive and supportive, I ensure learning feels rewarding and progress is always visible.
