Hi, I’m someone who has spent the last decade supporting people through challenges and helping them move forward in a positive way. My role is all about working alongside you, understanding where you’re at, where you want to be, and helping you get there at your own pace.
I use a mix of coaching, mentoring, and guidance to support you in both your studies and personal development. This might include helping you set goals, manage stress, build confidence, or overcome barriers that may be holding you back. I’m trained in areas such as mental health awareness, emotional support, and crisis intervention, so you’ll always have a safe and supportive space to talk.
My approach is practical and personalised. I use techniques like motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and behaviour change strategies to help you build positive habits and make lasting progress. I also focus on strong communication and relationship-building, so you feel heard, respected, and understood.
I can also support you through social prescribing, helping you access services, activities, or opportunities that improve your wellbeing and overall experience as a student.
