1. Taking live math tutoring sessions.
2. Maintaining students in groups and paying extra attention to them.
3. Marking, grading, and giving written, verbal and diagnostic feedback to pupils.
4. Identifying "at risk" students and pay extra attention to them.
5. Ensuring that all math topics are deliver in line with the departmental schemes if work and school policies.
6. Dealing with inappropriate behavior quickly and effectively according to the school behavior polices.
7. Providing a safe and effective educational environment for students to study in.
8. Assisting students through tutoring and teaching.
9. Making appropriate plans for each student.
10. Accepting no excuses from students for being anything but the best they can be.
11. Deep subject knowledge and understanding of maths.
12. Ability to communicate effectively in the english language both verbally and in writing.
