I have been training for 3 years, my primary study is musical theatre however I am confident in training voices for all types of performers, I have an in depth knowledge on vocal technique and performance skills to boost confidence in young performers, I also have a strong knowledge of the current industry and how to develop a performers personal style. I would describe my teaching style as being compassionately direct, I cater to my students needs by providing a nurturing environment however if I feel as though my student is not reaching there full potential I will reach out and see if there is a deeper meaning or if I need to adjust my teaching style to better suit their needs. The training that I have personally received is 3 years of musical theatre training and I have been taught singing techniques by my personal singing teacher who trained in opera, I have a great knowledge of how to help people unlock this technique in many different ways depending on how they best learn. I am an aspiring musical performer myself and I am constantly learning new skills and new techniques that I can add to my teaching style and I am always hungry to find more ways to break through with new students to help them become the best that they can, I can teach any age however I’d say my strong suit is people aged 10-18 because that’s the best time to learn new techniques and to help them unlock their potential.
