My lessons are structured, focused, and designed to get results. Each session begins with a clear plan so students know exactly what we’re working on and why. I break down complex A Level Law and Economics topics step-by-step, using clear explanations, real-world examples, and exam-relevant context to make difficult content accessible and engaging.

Lessons are highly interactive rather than lecture-based. I encourage students to actively explain ideas, apply concepts to exam-style questions, and practise evaluation throughout the lesson. This helps identify gaps in understanding quickly and ensures students are learning how to think and write at A Level standard, not just absorb information.

A strong emphasis is placed on exam technique. We regularly work through past paper questions, essay structures, and mark schemes so students understand exactly what examiners are looking for and how to access the top bands. In Economics, this includes mastering diagrams, data response questions, and evaluation; in Law, it involves accurate legal reasoning, case application, and clear, confident essay writing.

Lessons are always tailored to the individual student. I adapt the pace, depth, and focus depending on their current level, exam board, and target grades. I also provide clear feedback, targeted improvement strategies, and guidance on how to revise effectively between sessions.

With experience supporting students at different ability levels, I focus on building confidence, consistency, and independent thinking. Whether a student needs to catch up on content, refine exam technique, or push for top grades, my lessons are designed to be supportive, challenging, and outcome-driven.
