I help people feel calmer, clearer, and more confident in their everyday lives. As a lifecoach, former teacher, and neurodivergent adult with ADHD, I understand how overwhelming things can feel when your brain works a little differently — and how reassuring it is when you finally have support that meets you where you are.
My coaching is gentle, practical, and neuro-affirming. I’ve spent years working with children, teens, and adults, both in the classroom and as a parent of neurodivergent young people. I know what it’s like to navigate sensory needs, emotional intensity, executive-function challenges, and the pressure to “just cope.” Because I live with ADHD myself, I don’t offer one-size-fits-all strategies. I help you find approaches that genuinely work for your brain, your routines, and your real life.
I also support people who want to feel more capable and confident in study or work. Whether you’re trying to organise your time, manage overwhelm, stay focused, or simply get started, I help you build systems that feel doable rather than draining. Together, we create gentle, sustainable habits that help you feel more in control and less at war with your own mind.
In our coaching sessions, you’ll find a calm, encouraging space where you can breathe, untangle what’s been feeling heavy, and move forward at a pace that feels right for you. My aim is simple: to help you feel supported, understood, and capable of making changes that last, in a way that honours who you are.
Having previously taught in primary schools for over 20 years, I am able to offer tutoring in all primary school subjects for children who are home schooled during the school day. With my experience as a Deputy Headteacher and SENDCo combined with my experiences as a neurodiverse parent, I understand the challenges children face in education today. I can offer a unique approach to tutoring that is tailored around children's individual emotional, sensory and academic needs. Please contact me to find out how much I charge per tutoring session and availability.
