I have received a 9 (A*) in GSCE English Literature and Language, I'm excellent with analysis and providing understanding to my students, I'm patient and will understand if a topic is harder than expected. I'm approachable so lessons with me aren't daunting at all!
English writing and speaking is one of my passions and I believe I am talented in it, and I can successfully express many ideas and emotions beautifully through my English. Not only am I talented at this skill, but I am also a perfectionist. I take my work very seriously and I perform them with quality and time. I'm a new tutor on this website, however, I have 2 years of previous tutoring experience on the website ''Upwork''.

I normally teach by Google Slides with linked videos included, it will be a very interactive learning experience as I'll be reading and speaking with you to get an idea of your understanding. Although this may sound daunting, I'm an extremely approachable person and once we're in lesson you'll realize that online tutoring doesn't have to be scary! In my lessons, you can rest assured that I'll be patient with you if a topic seems difficult.

Upon proceeding with these tutoring sessions, I like to book a 10/20 minute session with the student and the guardian, before the tutoring starts
-free of charge, to get to know what areas they'd like to focus on as well as gain familiarity with them!
I am aware that all students have different skill sets and learning styles, so it'd be principled to know about this. :)
Between myself and the student, our lesson plans will be based on their difficulty and skills: so as they're building confidence on difficult topics, the familiar ones are still being revised.

At the end of each tutoring session, I do a plenary and mini quiz across the topics covered to make sure those topics are instilled, as well as a recap at the start of every lesson, all the lessons will be uploaded on a Google classroom- from there the student can contact me for homework help or just use the slides uploaded there to revise.
Also, I set very short pieces of homework to ensure you can feel confident in the previous topic, and if anything is still confusing to the student they are welcome to ask for an explanation in our lessons.
