My sessions are largely dictated by the students needs and gaps in their knowledge. The student will gain a deeper understanding of the topic through discussion and engaging tasks which put learnings into practice, ensuring that there is a genuine comprehension of the subject, not just memorisation. I expect students to get in touch with me before our sessions with information like exam board and examination, and if there are specific topics or modules that they would like to focus on. This ensures that I can design a lesson plan so they get the most out of the session.
