My classes are one-to-one interactive sessions where I discuss the topics from a study plan that is custom designed for each student.
I believe the understanding levels and caliber of each student is going to be different. The same pattern will not sit well with all of them. Each of them are gifted differently and I will make sure to tap on their minds the right way.
My focus is not going to be only on scoring 'grades or marks', it is about understanding the concepts. If that is done, the students will be able to do wonders beyond the grades!
PPT presentations and informative videos will be given. These are important to refresh the mind and add some change to the regular learning pattern.
Supportive assignments will be given - they are necessary tools to brush up the concepts. [They won't be added burden to the child's schedule/ homework].
Notes written in simple language and comprehensive illustrations will be provided (for students who don't seem to like the content of their textbooks much)

Initially, we begin with a nice conversation. I will understand where you stand, your end goal and how we can set the right path to reach it. For the young ones, I prefer that the parents join them in session one. Later, the custom-made study plan will be implemented based on the student's learning acumen.
