I’m a warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth wellbeing-focused life coach, passionate about supporting people to feel calmer, more balanced, and more connected to themselves. My work is centred around creating a safe, welcoming space where you can slow down, breathe, and talk openly — without judgement, pressure, or expectations.
Many people come to me feeling overwhelmed, emotionally tired, or unsure of themselves. You might be carrying stress, anxiety, low confidence, or a quiet sense that something isn’t quite right, even if you can’t fully put it into words. Life can move quickly, and it’s easy to lose sight of your own needs while trying to cope, support others, or simply get through each day. My role is to walk alongside you with care and understanding, helping you gently untangle what you’re feeling and find clarity at a pace that feels right for you.
My approach is kind, person-centred, and flexible. Sessions are shaped around you and what you bring in that moment. Some sessions may be reflective and conversational, offering space to offload and feel truly heard. Others may focus on exploring small, manageable changes that support your wellbeing, such as creating healthier routines, setting kinder boundaries, or finding ways to feel more grounded during stressful times. There is no pressure to arrive with goals or answers — we discover those together.
