Former journalist for international titles, including The Telegraph, The Times and Hello! Magazine, I have a BA Honours Degree in French and Spanish and lived for several years in both countries. In Madrid, I gave regular conversation classes in groups and individually, focusing on everyday language, choosing subject topics and providing accompanying vocabulary lists.

I like to keep my classes warm and friendly. Mistakes are welcome since it is only by making mistakes that I feel a student learns.
I also tutored my two sons in English for their entrance exams to two leading private schools in London, focusing on comprehension and creative writing techniques.
