i will test you on your knowledge at first and ask you what ur doing at school, then figure out what you know and what you dont know, then i will tailor lessons based of that information and i will make lessons engaging and helpful for students to grow and excel in class and even catch up if they're behind in class. my teaching methods will be example heavy so the students get an idea of what could come within a certain topic. for stuff like homework i will make personalised work sheets and will go through the homework with the student explaining what they did wrong and what the should of done instead. i would live to help out students to do their very best in school and make school easier for them if their struggling because i love helping people and seeing them grow into better people.
