I am passionate about helping students and clients develop both their academic understanding and practical skills in physical education, health, and fitness.

As a qualified Personal Trainer, I have a strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, training principles, and healthy lifestyle habits. I use this knowledge to create engaging, easy-to-understand explanations that help learners build confidence and apply theory to real-life situations. I am particularly skilled at breaking down complex topics such as movement analysis, components of fitness, and training methods into clear and relatable examples. I have also gained vital experience on courses such as viper, kettlebells and TRX adding to the normal day to day personal training. These courses allowed me to expand my knowledge of health and fitness and add variety to my clients workouts.

Alongside this, I have experience teaching GCSE PE content, including exam technique, coursework support, and revision strategies. I understand the requirements of the GCSE PE curriculum and am confident in supporting students with both theoretical topics and practical performance analysis. I aim to create structured yet supportive online sessions that are tailored to each learner’s needs and learning style.

I am highly organised, approachable, and motivated, with excellent communication skills that allow me to build positive relationships with students online. I am committed to helping learners achieve their academic and personal goals while maintaining motivation and enjoyment in physical education.
