Then we move to opening up around options, thoughts and fears. We will work to ensure you get to workable solutions, building a toolbox to ensure future challenges are met with confidence and resolved with tenacity.
My focus has always been on developing the newly promoted, those managers often wondering if they made the right choice or simply needing an independent ear. I also work with the more established leader needing a sounding board for ideas or helping moving to the next level.
The experience I have built over the past 30 years, firstly observing military leaders, then working for some of the best in business (including one of the UKs Top 10 CEOs) is all there for you to use and explore.
My most recent assignment was helping a new team in a post-acquisition state. Finding their way through organisational change as well as working how how AI will help.
