I was promoted too early and out of my depth but soon found my way. I looked around at the good and bad leaders out there any became curious as to why the good ones were.. good.

Since then I have led many teams in situations good and bad. With some great staff, and some challenging ones. I gained a track record and reputation for solving problems, building teams, growing people, coaching and mentoring.

I have studied psychology, spent time people-watching, gained Chartered Manager status and am a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.

Now its time for me to share some of that and help you on your way.
