I am a life and leadership coach.
I help individuals assert themselves, taking them from a place of self-doubt and fear to a place of energised confidence, self belief and choice, so they can live their best life.
I use coaching tools but my importantly the coaching relationship to help people reconnect with who they truly are, their talent and inner strengths and empower them to try out new things out of their comfort zone so they can grow.
I help individuals be clear on their values (what matters to them) and consider how they may live a ife more aligned to those values. I help individuals envision the life they desire, taking them into the energy of that life to increase their motivation to achieve what they desire.
I help individuals examine their thought patters, the inner conversations and how they impact them. I work with them on lessening the voices of their saboteurs to enable the to do things they would have never dare to try before.
Coaching is a series of conversations that help you fill the gap between where you are now and the things you want in your life, and where you want to be. The coach is your guide.
