I can use either Zoom on Teams to deliver our sessions whcih will be focused on the GROW model of coaching - Goal, Reality, Options, Way Forward. Through active listening, I will then use powerful questioning to drill down to the issue and then reframe and together we can create an active way forward. My style of coaching is all about you- and therefore our first session would be about getting to know you and your role and what your aims and objectives are as well as how many sessions would be the best fit for you. Each session should leave you feeling positive about putting actions into existing routines to ensure sustainable change.
