I have passed BA.LLB from Kathmandu School of Law two years ago. I have involved in moot court competitions including Philip C. Jessup Moot Court Competition, Nelson Mandela World Human Rights Moot Court Competition. Similarly, I have worked in litigation and corporate sector in top legal firms in Nepal including Pioneer Law Associates for the past four years. I have also two peer reviewed journal articles published in FIMT Law Journal and Kathmandu School of Law Review. Similarly, I have worked as legal researcher for publication for the book, “Existing Legal Framework of Business and Human Rights in Nepal” in 2021.

Due to my knowledge in overall sector and activities in law, I assume that I would be best fit for the role as online tutor in law. My teaching methodoly will be based on basic theoritical understanding combined with practical application of law. Classes will start with explaining the basic concept and then discuss the application of law with examples of various real life legal problems. After discussion of application of law over several examples of real life experience, I would move to further clarify specific legal concept, legal precedent and conclusive summary of the overall lecture. I will also circulate notes if required at end of the classes.
