I take a flexible approach, so am happy to commit time to reviewing difficult homework questions and learning how you (the student ) best learns, so may switch it up every once in a while.
My main websites I utilise is corbett maths and maths genie for specific topic exercises. Once getting close to examinations, I prioritise past paper questions, getting the students familiar with the content.
I have taught 10+ students ranging from primary education to GCSE Level for over a year and a half, and have been working as an Assistant Coach for Little Kickers where I achieved my DBS Check for the past year. My achievements in Mathematics has been a Grade 9 in GCSE’s and a predicted A* at A level ( I have now completed the examinations and are awaiting results). I am most experience with in person learning, but working online is just as easy.
Just a little bit about me: I am a friendly 18-year old guy living in Epsom who will study accounting and finance while living at home. I love food, dogs and the gym and have always enjoyed maths, and hopefully you do or will too.
If working in person I always bring a laptop, spare pens and paper and questions ready ( either online or printed ), whereas online I prefer to zoom call on laptops where the student has a pen and paper ready.
Overall, my main aim is for all students to enjoy working to allow for compounding consistency. All people are welcome, and I am free all week to chat about any issues or questions you may have. Thank you, hope to speak to you soon.
