Yeh thats about it. Now I gotta think of how to make up 120 words so this thing doesn't complain. Uhhh yeh alright here is my gym workout should be a good filler. I ain't putting boruto since then we would be here till the end of time.
Monday: Bench press 4 sets of 8, Incline dumbbells press 3x10, Seated shoulder press 3x10, lat (lat being short for lateral) raises, 3x12, cable chest fly 3x12, overhead triceps extension 3x10 and like 20 minute cardio at the beginning or the end.
Tuesday: lat pulls 4x10, chest supported row 4x10, seated cable row 3x10, face pulls 3x12, rear delt fly 3x12, dumbbell curls 3x10, hammer curls 3x10 and 20 minute of cycling or rowing at the beginning or end.
Wednesday: squats 4x8, romanian deadlift 3x10, leg press 3x10, walking lunges 10 each leg so ig it would be like 3x20, leg curl 3x12, leg extension 3x12, standing calf raises 4x15, plank 3 times 60 seconds and 15 minute incline walk.
Well actually now I have meet the minimum 250 word requirement but since we are here we might as well drop the entire workout.
Thursday: Incline bench press 3x10, pull ups or assisted pull ups its calm if you can't do pull ups yet I can't 3x10, dumbbell shoulder press 3x10, cable row 3x10, pec deck 3x12, lat raises 3x15, ez bar curl 3x10, rope pushdown 3x10 and end it with a 20 minute climbing the stairs thing
Friday: goble squat 3x10, bulgarian split squat 3x10 each leg (what are these names lmao), hip thrust aka air impregnator 3x10, hamstring curl 3x12, calf raises 4x15, cable crunch 3x15, russian twists 3x20 and 20 minute incline treadmill, bike, elliptical or rowing just choose what ever u feel like.
