Sophie Chuhan

Hi, my name is Sophie. I am an enthusiastic and supportive Biology and Chemistry A-level and GCSE tutor. I am a Natural Sciences student studying biochemistry and pharmacology at the University of Bath. In my A Levels, I achieved 3 A*s in Biology, Chemistry and Maths. In my tutoring lessons I like to help boost the students memory of topics by doing a short “recap quiz” at the start of each session which is based on a previous sessions work. I usually make up my own questions/problems to work through with the student to help them really understand and feel confident with a topic and then end the session with some exam practice aimed at the specific exam board they are studying for. I am really flexible with the way I work so I am always open to suggestions and improvement from the students I teach on how I can make the sessions more beneficial to them and their personal goals.
