My lessons are personalised to match each student’s learning style and goals. I typically start by assessing your current level and identifying areas to focus on. From there, I structure each session with a mix of clear explanations, guided practice, and interactive exercises to ensure you truly understand the material.

I like to keep my lessons engaging and dynamic, encouraging questions and discussion to make learning both effective and enjoyable as this helps retain more information. If you are a GCSE student, I will make sure to show worked solutions sticking to the mark scheme. I will ask what topics you would like to work on and perhaps need help on so I can plan lessons ahead for you, to help fill in any gaps of knowledge.

I have experience tutoring primary and secondary school students and I’ve helped students improve their understanding and confidence in the subject. My approach is patient, structured, and adaptable, ensuring that every student can progress at their own pace. Since I achieved nearly full marks, I know the mark scheme well and can guide you to learn how to structure your answers to follow it, as it is the key to doing well in maths GCSE. Depending whether you are doing foundation or higher and your ideal grade, I will structure my lessons accordingly.
