I assess and modify how to accommodate the students' needs and understanding. This helps the learning process effectively, as it makes it less burdensome and easier to understand the subject. I pay special attention to details from time management to the course material. Using deadlines often helps a lot with staying on track. Making the concepts more understandable with simple examples is also part of my methodology. Adding a little question bank at the end of lesson helps understanding the concept better but also helps in memorizing as well. This helps in preparation for examination down the line.
