Over the past 6 years, I have worked as an artist, specialising in animation, fine art and painting, including working with oils, acrylics, watercolour and gouache. Currently I work as an Art Tutor with students from ages 5-16, planning sessions that introducing them to new techniques with different media and new art styles. As an individual who has achieved A* in both GCSE and A Level Art (in 2018 and 2020 respectively) I am open to work with GCSE and A Level students who wish to work on their grades and areas they feel less confident in. We will work together using the curriculum to create pieces to build a stronger portfolio of work.

I am also open to working with adults who wish to improve their observational skills in both painting and drawing, or just to have a chance to be creative their schedule!

My lessons are tailored to what students wish to work on or explore; I start off with quick creative tasks followed by longer tasks that focus on certain topics, such as understanding light and colour, anatomy and shape as well as working with new media. I am more than happy to review students’ pieces if they wish! I also introduce different tasks that are introducing different creative pathways that students can pursue other than Fine Art.

Overall I aim for my lessons to be fun and diverse with different tasks so students are able to learn and feel more creative by the end of each session.
