I am teaching classical hatha yoga and class will be started with basic knowledge about yoga and basic warm up asana and slowly there body will adopt the changes and then we will move for other asana & practises. I will be able to make them feeling better , relaxed , calm down there whole system. Will teach them basic meditation technique and some kriyas etc.
