My lessons focus on developing effective study techniques, organisation, and motivation, tailored to each student’s individual learning needs. I support students who feel stressed, overwhelmed, or unsure how to study efficiently, particularly during exam periods.
Using evidence-based learning strategies from psychology and education, I help students improve focus, time management, memory, and confidence. I work with learners to create realistic study plans, break tasks into manageable steps, and develop strategies that reduce anxiety and increase academic confidence.
Lessons are structured, supportive, and student-centred, with clear goals for each session. I adapt my approach to suit different learning styles and academic levels, ensuring students feel understood and supported throughout the process.
I do not complete coursework or assignments for students. Instead, I guide them to understand assessment requirements, organise their ideas, plan their work effectively, and develop independent study skills they can use long-term in education and beyond.
