Am 2 year of university student I tutor the first year student and support and also I tutor person to person by their home especially during the final and mid term exam. I used more approach of understand the concept by solving problems which means when we complete one course of tutor I give them multiple questions with different form( choose, true/false, writing). With these questions also I used given them with time limit so they practice answer the questions with proper time frame which really important during any exam. But not only for exam for continuous guidances and watching up, with their how much they analyze and get the point. Another approach I mostly used to be is parent related approach. When I studied with student at same time I attached them to parents to support and they connect. we discussed with parents about their child( her personality, her learning ways) in often the in together we try for good outcome. In addition I would like to add the special way most parents and my tutors enjoy which is as a certain amount of time I really encourage them by the passion they have and what they want to be. For this first ask student what they want to be and ask parents also what are the passion they good at. Then as a reward( when the complete the assessment and come good in the process) and by some common points( regularly) I given the supportive and encouraging documents.
