I believe that mathematics becomes easier and more enjoyable when students truly understand the ideas behind the formulas rather than simply memorising procedures. My lessons are interactive, well-structured, and tailored to each student's learning style, strengths, and academic goals.

With a PhD in Mathematics from Clarkson University, USA, two MSc degrees in Mathematics, and extensive university teaching experience, I have taught undergraduate Calculus, Multivariate Calculus, Computational Mathematics, and MATLAB programming. I have also supervised undergraduate research projects, helping students develop analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and confidence in tackling challenging mathematical concepts.

My lessons usually begin with a clear explanation of the topic, followed by worked examples and guided practice. I encourage students to ask questions and actively participate, creating a supportive and positive learning environment where they feel comfortable making mistakes and learning from them. I also focus on logical reasoning, problem-solving strategies, exam techniques, and recognising common errors that often prevent students from achieving their full potential.

For students preparing for GCSE or other lower-level examinations, I provide targeted practice, personalised feedback, and structured revision plans to help them achieve the best possible results.
