My sessions are lead by the students’ needs - clear communication is key. The topics you feel you’re less confident on are the ones we will focus deeply on through additional explanations and guided practice. I can use an interactive whiteboard to help model answers and provide clear explanations of answers. I am happy to mark any additional work that students want to complete but I will not expect additional homework. I can provide a google document with a summary of learning in each session where they can make a note of what they did not understand when reviewing material.

I am familiar with both AQA and Edexcel syllabus for GCSE.


Practice makes perfect in maths and that practice in order to become independent and confident is the main focus of my sessions.
