I have both and entrepreneurial and corporate approach having managed teams in 28 different countries, so I have extensive hands-on experience on how a diverse global business works. I am enthusiastic about each of us having access to extensive to amazing careers opportunities and I bring this energy to my teaching.
My teaching approach is very hands on and interactive and include a coaching approach, using up to date business case materials and my own experience where I mix the interaction between presenting information and then individual exercises and team exercises to come up with plans, ideas and interaction on how they plan to be Leaders of the own career and build the necessary skills required for today’s modern Managers and Leaders. My Presentations are current, easy to engage with and easy to follow. I try to make my students feel good about what they are learning and not only focus just on the material but how they feel about implementing what they learn ...as this way the information sticks for the long-term. I mix up assignments with group and individual assignments which all link into the overall subject, which is the best way to know how enterprises actually make business decisions and I am always focused on the bottom line...which is making money for my students and their businesses.
