First thing first.
I will need to have consultation, discover your goals and analyse your lifestyle. Nutrition, history of gym/movement/sport experiences, job and hobbies, current sports and activities, work/rest/sleep time available, Injuries, limitation, strenghts and weaknesses. An holistic friendly chat that will make me picture what you really are doing to reach your goals, and what you need to improve, and more importantly, to know each other a bit better.

Secondly.
I will need to analyse the data acquired and develop a scheduled plan, a initial presentation that will explain to you what I plan, what is my strategy to reach your goals and why I chose that.

Thirdly.
Finalise the plan. If agreed and both parties happy with the programme, I will finalise and develop, scheduling ahead, the full programme.

Conclusively.
Sessions will be delivered in a 1to1 format depending on needs, with a minimum of 1 session a week, to a maximum of 3 sessions a week. Depending on experience, programmes can be self performed having an initial consultation at the beginning of the phase, a check in at half way and ending phase.

My goals are to deliver the best programme suitable to your needs, keep track and educate you throughout your workout regarding techniques and progression tracking methods and test.
