Each lesson will include a clear and concise PowerPoint presentation that introduces and explains the fundamental concepts. These will be accompanied by worked examples, tackled step-by-step to ensure the student fully understands the methodology involved. After this, a set of practice questions will be provided, covering a range of difficulty levels. I’ll offer guidance and hints as needed, helping to reinforce understanding and ensure there are no gaps in knowledge, all while progressing at a pace that suits the student.
To further consolidate learning, homework will be set at the end of each session. The student will be expected to attempt additional questions independently. These will then be marked and reviewed at the start of the following lesson, where any misunderstandings or confusion can be addressed. This ensures a solid grasp of each topic before moving on to the next.
With this approach, the student will build a strong foundation across all areas of the curriculum, supported by personalised guidance from someone who has excelled in the subject. I also provide advice on exam technique and independent study resources, ensuring the student is not only confident in the content but well-prepared to excel in their final exams.
