My lessons will be a mix of guided study and independent training.
Each lesson will focus on a specific topic/concept, which will be taught and explained thoroughly and illustrated by the use of examples and customised exercises. Once conceptual clarity is achieved, we shall recap whatever was learnt during the lesson and ensure that no doubts remain unanswered.
My lessons would be one-on-one sessions, as I hope to provide proper attention and dedicate adequate time to each student and resolve any query that may arise. I shall also prepare short homework assignments and practice worksheets in order to ensure that my students can independently practice what they have learnt.
I have previously worked as a peer tutor in my sixth form college and assisted several of my fellow classmates in their academic pursuits, whilst also volunteering in a primary school. I believe my previous experience has helped me develop skills that are necessary to connect with and educate young minds in a way that is both enjoyable and educational for them
