My lessons are tailored to each student's individual needs, whether you're looking to improve your confidence, prepare for upcoming exams, or aim for the highest grades. During our first lesson, we'll identify your strengths, areas for improvement and academic goals so I can create a personalised learning plan. Lessons are interactive and discussion-based, with a strong focus on developing analytical skills, essay structure, close language analysis and exam technique. I use past paper questions, mark schemes and targeted feedback to help you understand exactly what examiners are looking for and how to maximise your marks. Having previously tutored Maths and Piano, I understand the importance of adapting my teaching style to suit each learner, explaining concepts clearly and building confidence step by step. My lessons are supportive, encouraging and engaging, creating an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and developing the skills they need to succeed in GCSE and A-Level English Literature.
