My lessons are designed to create a supportive, positive, and motivating environment where students feel comfortable discussing challenges and working towards personal goals. I understand that student life can be stressful, especially during exams or busy academic periods, so my sessions focus on improving wellbeing, confidence, motivation, and balance in everyday life.

Each session is tailored to the individual student depending on their needs, personality, and goals. Some students may need support with stress management, confidence building, motivation, organisation, or developing healthier routines, while others may benefit from movement-based wellbeing activities such as stretching, mobility work, breathing exercises, or short fitness sessions to help improve focus and reduce anxiety.

My coaching style is friendly, encouraging, and practical. I like to create relaxed conversations where students feel listened to and supported without pressure or judgement. Sessions can include goal setting, positive habit building, time management support, mindset coaching, and wellbeing advice, alongside simple activities that help students stay active and mentally refreshed.

I also have experience delivering online wellbeing sessions for students during exam periods, including short 10-minute stretch sessions, chair mobility exercises, HIIT workouts, and guided wellbeing activities that students could follow from their rooms or study spaces. Working within a university environment has helped me develop strong communication and listening skills while supporting students from diverse backgrounds. My aim is always to help students feel more confident, motivated, balanced, and capable of achieving their goals both academically and personally.
