Shoaib Mahmud

I am a dedicated Arabic and Qur’an teacher with experience teaching students of different ages and levels, including GCSE Arabic learners, beginners, and Hifz students. I currently serve as the Head of the Qur’an Faculty at a UK online school, where I teach Qur’an memorisation, Tajweed, recitation, and Arabic language in a structured and engaging way.

My lessons are personalised according to each student’s ability, goals, and pace of learning. I focus on building strong foundations in reading, pronunciation, understanding, and confidence while maintaining a supportive and motivating environment. I believe that every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching methods to suit individual needs and help students progress consistently.

For Qur’an students, I pay close attention to Tajweed, fluency, memorisation techniques, and revision plans. For Arabic language students, I help improve speaking, reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and GCSE exam preparation. I aim to make lessons interactive, beneficial, and enjoyable so students remain motivated and achieve their goals with confidence.

I welcome both children and adults for online one-to-one lessons.
