My lessons are designed to be clear, structured, and adapted to each student’s individual learning needs. At the beginning, I assess the student’s current level of understanding in Chemistry and identify the areas where they need the most support. This helps me set specific and achievable learning goals for every lesson.
During the lessons, I explain Chemistry concepts step by step using simple language, examples, and diagrams. I focus on helping students understand the key ideas rather than memorising information. I encourage students to ask questions and actively participate so that the learning process becomes engaging and effective.
My lessons usually include a short explanation of the topic, guided practice, and exam-style questions. This format helps students develop problem-solving skills and prepares them for assessments. I also provide regular feedback so students can clearly see their progress and areas for improvement.
As an experienced secondary school teacher of Chemistry and Physics, I have taught students from KS3 to KS5. I understand the challenges many students face when learning Chemistry, and I use adaptive teaching methods to support different learning styles and abilities.
My goal is to help students build confidence, improve their understanding of Chemistry, and achieve their academic targets. I aim to create a supportive and positive learning environment where students feel comfortable learning, asking questions, and developing their scientific thinking skills.
