Shazia Naqib

I am a practising artist whose work has been exhibited in Greater Manchester. I offer friendly and supportive one-to-one online painting lessons for adults, teenagers and children. My lessons are tailored to each student's interests, experience and goals, whether you are a complete beginner or looking to develop existing skills.
I teach watercolour, acrylic and oil painting, covering topics such as colour mixing, composition, brushwork, texture, perspective and creative expression. Lessons are structured but flexible, allowing students to learn at their own pace while building confidence and technical ability.
During online sessions, I demonstrate techniques step-by-step, provide individual feedback and guide students through practical exercises and painting projects. Students are encouraged to ask questions and develop their own artistic style rather than simply copying a finished image.
I believe that art should be enjoyable, accessible and rewarding. My aim is to create a relaxed learning environment where students feel comfortable experimenting, making progress and expressing their creativity. Whether you wish to paint landscapes, flowers, animals, abstract art or prepare for GCSE or A-Level Art, lessons will be adapted to suit your needs and interests.
