About me:

Hello I'm Shalav, I finished my A - levels in Maths, Biology and Physics in 2021, I then followed my passion for biology to study Biology Sciences at the University of Warwick and achieved a 1st class score in my first year. I am set to graduate in 2024

Previous experiences:

Private tutor - Taught both GCSE Maths and Biology present
Bio mentor - mentoring first year bio students through first year content as well as providing aid for any first year problems present
Peer tutor - Taught younger peers in maths and science. Explaining content and creating novel example questions

Lesson content:
My lessons are online with videos, questions and relevant textbooks. Lesson are either based on requested topics, exam questions or syllabus topics.
I teach GCSE Maths and GCSE biology as well as science and maths for years below. I offer one on one tutoring as well as grouped tutoring. Grouped tutoring allows students to learn from other students and one on one tutoring.
I focus on exam technique and understanding. Exams questions require specificity and clarity, both are skills I guide students through to use in their answers.

Why me?
I have a passion for academics and education and I also wish to help and give back to students enthusiastic about learning.
Thus I offer Edexcel GCSE Maths lessons, AQA GCSE Further Maths and AQA GCSE Biology and lessons on science and maths for younger years.
