Brings over 8 years experience teaching Mathematics and Chemistry, over the years I have successfully guided students across different curricula into their national exams ( KCSE,KJSEA, IGCSE-cambridge and edexcell) boosting their confidence, making complex tasks simpler and building a stronger love for Mathematics and Chemistry, this has been possible because I provide a safe space and employ an array of heuristic pedagogical approaches that are differentiated, blended and tailored to the learners diverse needs.
While individual leaners are talented differently and therefore have unique abilities, one of the reasons they fail to grasp concepts in Mathematics and Chemistry is the notion that it is just for the few which kills their morale and consistency to pratice, my lessons aim at creating a turnaround on this by building confidence in learners , allowing them be at the centre of learning, I stay back and give them chance to conribute to the learning other than being receipients of knowledge, I am not the sole knowledge source but a guide to unlocking your child's potential in the said subjects. In my lessons learners are sure to get safe proffesional space where they ask questions, challenge and give feedbacks, get to do enough well structured practice questions, layered from simple tasks to more challenging tasks assuring them of continuity in learning and boosting their confidence and love for Mathematics and Chemistry.
Learners are tutored to be be self efficient, to be competent in their communication, critical and creative thinking, collaboration even as they tap onto their digital lieteracy as they participate in the online sessions, additionaly, moulding key values such as love, unity,peace,accountability and integrity.
