My lessons are meant to impact my learners so I do not allow disruptions, while I try to keep them enjoying and entertaining.
Hence, I give learners the power to lead while I serve as guidance, directing their paths. For instance, I create conversation models, guide them to practice and correct them where necessary but in the end allow for independent practice for mastery.
