I firmly believe in the importance of providing students with a broad, challenging, and balanced curriculum. My teaching philosophy revolves around empowering students to excel academically and to develop critical thinking skills, creativity, and a global perspective. I have a keen interest in integrating technology and flexibility into education to meet the evolving needs of learners in the digital age.

You will get the chance to learn how to meet the assessment criteria and how to elevate your work to new heights. You will get to see ample sample examples, and we will practise together how to improve to get the highest grade possible. Finally, you will be able to present your own work and get detailed feedback on your work.

I like to keep the extended writing tasks for homework and keep focus on analysing text and explaining any challenging content in detail. However, there is always a chance to do a shared writing activity where we will write an answer together, and we will keep improving the text as we go along. It is an excellent way to practise and also puts great emphasis on the importance of reading your own answers to make sure they meet the assessment criteria to a tee.

Remember, exams are like a game that you need to know the rules of in order to win...however, if you know the rules, you will also find a way to bend those rules to your advantage. It is a lot more fun than you were led to believe!
