Hi everyone, my name is Sean, and I’m a personal trainer with over five years of experience working with clients both in person and online. My passion is helping people transform not just their bodies, but their confidence, mindset, and overall lifestyle through fitness.

I specialize in body recomposition — helping clients lose fat while building lean muscle — and in strength training that improves performance, posture, and daily movement. I also coach boxing and Muay Thai, which are amazing for developing discipline, coordination, and mental toughness, while keeping training fun and dynamic.
