As a young person, I have not had experience teaching proper lessons before however I would like to become a teacher and have volunteered before for roles that involve helping younger students with their reading and classwork. I have yet to create a lesson plan depending on the student and how well they know the language. At first I would note down their strengths and weaknesses and aim to tackle their weaknesses in the subject. Together, we will come up with the best method possible so that they will gain more confidence in learning the language and it will stick with them in the long-term.
