I teach English Language, Literature and Biology GCSE. I also teach all sciences to KS3. Whether it is English or Science, I'm sure I can help you. I'm happy to assist you in your homework/tests and start preparing for exams early. My lessons are tailored to suit the student's specific needs and I provide resources for you to use outside of the lesson time.

I always make sure to model what the student should thrive for in the lessons by including a model answer, a demonstration of me writing so that my student can use my thought process and structure as a template to start hitting the high level criteria. This allows the student to see the choices I make and embody that themselves - something my students have said they appreciate. I am patient and will revisit the topics as many times as it takes for the student to master it. I always include exam questions or plenary to include some active recall in the lesson because when you’re struggling with content, exam technique is what will save you!

Macbeth, Romeo and Juliet, Blood Brothers, Jekyll and Hyde, A Christmas Carol, An Inspector Calls, Lord of the Flies, Power and Conflict poetry.
