I worked for a year as a university teaching assistant and tutor, where I helped students with courses such as organizations and technology, applied business analytics, and social entrepreneurship. All of these courses required tutorial sessions, where I would work with students on their practical application skills, and help them develop their final projects. However, if the situation calls for it, I would often work one-on-one with students who struggle to keep up in class.
