My coaching sessions are personalised, supportive and practical. Each session provides a calm, confidential space to reflect on the challenges you are experiencing, understand your ADHD/AuDHD profile and explore strategies that work with the way your brain works best.
I use a collaborative coaching approach, meaning we work together to identify your goals, recognise your strengths and create a personalised toolbox of strategies. Sessions are not about being told what you “should” do; they are about understanding yourself, removing barriers and finding approaches that are realistic and sustainable for your life.
As a qualified neuroinclusive coach with over 14 years’ experience in education, including secondary science, Further Education and apprenticeships, I bring a unique combination of coaching skills and educational expertise. This allows me to support students, apprentices and adults with areas such as organisation, executive functioning, study skills, motivation, confidence, transitions and managing overwhelm.
My approach combines coaching with neurodiversity education, helping you understand why certain things may feel more challenging and how to use your strengths effectively. By developing greater self-awareness, you can build strategies that support you both academically and personally.
Sessions are delivered online, with in-person coaching available in Sutton Coldfield and surrounding areas. I also offer between-session support via email and WhatsApp, providing reassurance and accountability when you need it.
We will always have a free chemistry call to check we are a good match (15-20 mins) and then recommend 6-10 session which can be paced to suit you. You may want to start with 2-3 weekly and then move to fortnightly or monthly sessions so you can put strategies into practice in between. It’s really up to you.
Our first session is about getting to know each other and gathering information about your personal challenges. After that we will work at your pace, and flexibly, often adjusting for whatever has been thrown at you that week.
Please do get in touch with any questions.
