I am a teacher who have taught primary years students for 10 years in Pakistan. I have always made lesson plans which are interesting and understandable for all students. I always accept challenges for those who are strugglers and have come up with interesting activities which could motivate the interest in students for the concept taught in English. Activities could be in the form of quizzes, Small games in the form of a competition which gains positive energy in the students. For a better and a clear understanding I prefer visual activities such as related videos which assist the students to understand the concept more clearly. I also help students to identify the errors which usually they make while writing spellings. For this I take small oral and written quizzes for students to gain their confidence and understanding of the word. There are also certain words which are difficult for students to understand its concept, so I first explain them the meaning and the context in which that particular word is used and then encourage them initially to make an oral sentence and once when well understood I make them write in sentences. In the beginning things are mostly in its oral form and then written. The same I do with reading. Some students find trouble reading so I start with the lowest level of the book, help them identify the word and pronunciation and then proceed further. I never move to the next concept until and unless I find all students on the same page.
