As a young student, I struggled with mathematics. I did not understand, it did not make sense, and no one took the time to help me understand. For this reason, I decided to because a math instructor to help other students overcome their difficulties and struggles in maths.

In my lessons, I like to start with some time for the student to ask questions to guide the direction of the lesson. I use visuals, games, and other tools to help the student be engaged and actively participate in the lessons. Each lesson will have a checklist of specific goals tailored to meet the needs of each individual student. At the end of a lesson, a brief quiz will be given to check the progress of the student.
